Log in to www.careatc.com/patients or the CareATC Mobile App and click on the HealthPassport icon to get started.
First time user? Select “New Here? Activate your account!” and follow the prompt to verify your identity and set up your account.
If you have trouble registering, or logging into the Patient Portal or Mobile app, you can call the Patient Access Center at 800.993.8244

Sync your device to HealthPassport by following the instructions on the right.
How to sync your device:
- From the Patient Portal homepage select HealthPassport.
- Select Connect Health & Fitness Devices.
- Select the compatible device you wish to connect and give permission to share your step data.
Allow 15 minutes after initial sync for your data to appear.

Get Help & Support
If you’re in emotional distress or suicidal crisis, find help in your area.
If it’s an emergency, call 911. You can also go to your nearest emergency room. A medical professional can give information about your particular circumstances.
If you believe that someone else is in danger of suicide and you have their contact information, contact your local law enforcement for immediate help. You can also encourage the person to contact suicide prevention hotline at 988 (call or text).
When you’re in crisis, research suggests that it may be helpful to reach out to others. When you connect with others, it can help you feel supported and give you a sense of belonging.

The Georgia Department of Corrections officially recognizes, for the second consecutive year in a row, that MCP has the most GED recipients ( in the county prison system FY25) in the state, with 17.
These offenders, along with others, will be recognized on June 4th at the offender graduation.
Herbert Walker has been invited to receive the “official” award at the GDOC Education Conference in Savannah, Ga. April 27th-30th

The Columbus Consolidated Government (CCG) Community Reinvestment Department is excited to announce an upcoming Community Development Bus Tour taking place on Thursday, April 24, 2025, beginning at 11:00 AM.
This special event will showcase five impactful community development projects that reflect the department’s continued commitment to revitalizing neighborhoods and enhancing quality of life across Columbus.
Attendees will have the opportunity to visit project sites, hear firsthand from project partners, and learn more about the vision behind each initiative. Bus seating will be limited and registration details will be released soon.
“We look forward to sharing the progress being made through our collaborative efforts,” said Community Reinvestment Director Rob Scott. “This tour is a chance for residents to see how strategic investments are making a difference in real and visible ways.”
