Expansion Update | March 2026

THE EXCITEMENT IS BUILDING!

Renovations to begin summer 2026!

Thanks to early support of our donors, CCHS will begin to see exciting changes on campus later this spring when construction gets underway to convert our stadium to a turf field. In addition, we are approaching the next fundraising milestone needed to seek approval for the transformation of the media center to a much-needed, updated Student Life Center.

A new premium turf field will allow for increased practices and greater use of our campus, while a newly renovated Student Life Center will serve as a vibrant hub of daily student life. Together, these projects will significantly enhance the daily overall experience for our students.

As we prepare to break ground on the first phase of our campus-wide expansion and renovation, we continue to engage parents, alumni, and friends across our community to help bring this vision to life.

While we are encouraged by the strong early momentum, there is still important work ahead to fully realize the vision of the Grounded in Tradition, Focused on the Future capital campaign. Renovation of the newly acquired Computer, Technology, and Engineering (CTE) Innovation Center, along with construction of a multipurpose athletic performance and training field house, are key projects to help us fully complete this project.

We invite you to be part of this transformative effort. Your support—at any level—will help us continue building a campus that serves our students for generations to come.

To learn more about how to participate, please join us for one of the upcoming events or contact Sally McArdle, Director of Advancement.

Faculty and Staff Support

CCHS faculty and staff officially launched their support of the capital campaign with “Count Me In” on March 6, 2026. Already, participation has reached 54% and continues to grow.

Their support reflects more than participation—it is a strong vote of confidence in the mission and future of Charlotte Catholic High School. Through their generosity and dedication, our faculty and staff lead by example and demonstrate a deep commitment to enhancing the experience of every student. We are deeply grateful for their leadership in this important effort.

Donor Spotlight

"Ernestine and I are committed to assuring that Charlotte Catholic High School (CCHS) remains a premier Catholic education center that focuses students on achieving excellence. Our children, Nicole and Justin, are graduates of CCHS and we have 3 grand children currently enrolled with 2 more matriculating from Holy Trinity to CCHS in September.
We believe the focus on Catholicism and educational excellence is the ideal preparation for university, future business and life success.
We feel it is our responsibility to assist CCHS in its efforts to maintain the best in-class facilities and instructors. This can only be achieved through support from parents, grandparents and past graduates.
I am honored to have assisted in the original CCHS building construction and now assisting in the current facilities expansion."

"Charlotte Catholic has been an important cornerstone of our family’s faith, education, and community. From Kristina’s time at St. Ann’s to her graduation with the CCHS Class of ’96, it was a natural choice for our children, Connor, Logan, and Katelyn, to attend St. Matthew, Holy Trinity, and ultimately Charlotte Catholic, where they have benefited from a faith-based education and formed lifelong friendships.

We wholeheartedly support what this campaign represents: strengthening the foundation of the school while investing in its future. Enhancing academic spaces, student life, and athletic facilities reflects the kind of environment we want for our children and future generations.

Having also supported the Fine Arts Center, we have seen firsthand the lasting impact of these investments. For us, giving back is about supporting a community that has given so much to our family and helping ensure that Charlotte Catholic continues to thrive for years to come."
