September Newsletter 2026

Dear Individuals & families,

As summer comes to an end and the back-to-school season begins, routines and schedules can quickly become busy. With so much happening, it’s easy for important details to slip through the cracks.

As a friendly reminder, please let CCI, Inc. know if any of your contact information has changed.

This includes your:

  • Home address
  • Phone number
  • Email address

Keeping your information up to date helps ensure we can stay connected with you, share important updates, and provide the best possible support throughout the year.

Important Reminders:

As you settle into your new routines, we also want to remind you that your Direct Support Professional (DSP) should be with you at all times while they are clocked in and providing services. If your DSP is not with you, they should not be clocked in.

Your health, safety, and well-being are our highest priorities. If you ever have questions, concerns, or feel that services are not being provided appropriately, please let us know. We are here to support you and ensure you receive the quality services you deserve.

If you need to report changes to your contact information or have any questions or concerns, please contact Callie Kresser at ccicasemanager@gmail.com.

We wish everyone a safe, successful, and exciting start to the new school year! We hope this season brings new opportunities, meaningful experiences, and plenty of reasons to celebrate.

September 13–19 is Direct Support Professional Recognition Week!

This week is a special opportunity to celebrate and thank your Direct Support Professional (DSP) for all they do to support you.

Your DSP plays an important role in helping you live a life of choice, reach your goals, stay connected to your community, and spend your time doing the things that are meaningful to you. From everyday moments to important milestones, your DSP is there to encourage, support, and cheer you on.

Take a moment this week to let your DSP know how much you appreciate them. A simple “Thank you!”, a thoughtful note, or sharing something you enjoy doing together can mean so much.

Employment Spotlight!!

We’re excited to celebrate one of the individuals we support who was recently named Employee of the Month at Harris Teeter!

This is a wonderful accomplishment and a great example of how the right opportunity, support, and a person’s unique strengths can lead to success in the workplace. Way to go Electro!!

Every individual has special skills, talents, and interests that can be valuable in the workforce. If you're interested in exploring employment opportunities, contact Case Manager Callie Kresser to explore your options!
