Immigration Program has a Busy 2022
Our Immigration Legal Services team was busy in 2022. They took on an unprecedented amount of cases; almost 700. They restarted the Naturalization and Citizenship classes and had four new staff members join the team. They are looking forward to another busy and successful year guiding clients through the immigration process with care and efficiency in 2023. Reflect on time spent with older family
 members and friends
Many people are fortunate to spend time with aging family members and friends over the holidays. This brings opportunities to celebrate; but can also uncover areas of concern. Whether you have an older adult or caregiver in mind who could use help finding support, or if you want to create your own plan for the future, investigating the resources below can be a good start.

Catholic Charities Indianapolis supports older adults and caregivers of older adults through programs such as A Caring Place Adult Day Services, Caregiver Support Services, and two AmeriCorps Seniors Programs—the Senior Companion Program and RSVP (Retired & Senior Volunteer Program).
For more information about these programs, Contact Monica Woodsworth at mwoodsworth@archindy.org or 317-261-3378.
Grant Allows Counseling Program to Serve More
Thanks to continued grant support from the Kendrick Foundation our counseling program provides more Morgan County residents access to affordable mental health services. CCI recently received an $80,000 grant to support the continued placement of mental health personnel in Morgan County to serve adults and children struggling to get diagnostic assessment, counseling, and referrals to community resources. There are currently two master’s level mental health therapists, a licensed clinical supervisor, a supervising psychiatrist, and a front office administrator serving clients using three confidential therapy rooms at IU Health Morgan. Additionally, we have a part time Mental Health Case Manager to provide education, referral, follow up, and case management, for those at high risk for poor health outcomes as part of our integrative health care approach. We have been able to serve over 1,030 people in Morgan County since October 2020 thanks to Kendrick Foundation grants. Visit our website to learn more about our mental health services.

A bequest helps you leave a Catholic legacy
When you look back at the end of your life, what would your faith story say about you? If your answer includes your value of stewardship, then consider what your last gift to the Church should say about your faith life. How might you leave a “Catholic” legacy?

A bequest to Catholic Charities in your will can make a statement of who you were and what you valued throughout your lifetime. It can also bear witness to your loved ones and community at large to your generosity and need to give back a small portion of that which God has blessed you.

A bequest can benefit your favorite Catholic parish, school, or the ministry you hold dear (or any of their endowment funds at the Catholic Community Foundation).

To learn more about leaving a Catholic legacy through a bequest, contact the Catholic Community Foundation (CCF) at 317-236-1482 or ccf@archindy.org.
