CCI's Expansion in North America
Greetings!

As the end of the year approaches, I’d like to reflect on the goodness of our God. With His blessings, we have doubled our trained leaders from 10,000 to 20,000 in only 2.5 years, surpassing our expectations. God has gone ABOVE & BEYOND, and we give Him all the glory.

CCI now reaches over 165 diverse people groups across 41 nations, with more than 8,500 pastors and church leaders being equipped weekly. In the last three years, God’s blessing also included the addition of 61+ new Area Coordinators. Area Coordinators are instrumental in expanding the ministry by promoting it to local churches, delivering high-quality Bible training, and equipping and shepherding trainers who start classes.

Over the course of this year, in my monthly newsletters, I have highlighted the impact of these newly trained leaders in different regions, and this month, we are excited to showcase North America.
EXPANSION IN HAITI
In the last 10 years, Haiti has faced earthquakes, hurricanes, the assassination of its president, and societal chaos and terrorism by local gangs who have kidnapped foreigners, locals, and pastors. Yet, amid this chaos, the ministry is moving forward despite its many challenges. Since the DOUBLE IT campaign, we have added two new coordinators to the staff in Haiti.
Pastor Clotaire, Area Coordinator
Pastor Mecien, Area Coordinator
Pastor Clotaire oversees the expansion of the ministry among the southern departments (a department is similar to a county), and he has met with several churches to share the training ministry available through CCI. As a result, four new classes have been added in these areas.
Pastor Mecien was added to expand the ministry in the North and Northwest areas, which are far more rural and remote. He has been sharing the ministry with several local churches and church leaders, adding five new classes in these areas.
The ministry in Haiti fluctuates markedly. When we initially enter into new areas, there is a flurry of interest and classes. However, most people in these remote locations who desire classes tend to engage early. Few people tend to be interested in classes after the initial offering, and the classes seldom continue after the initial cadre completes the training. Then, after a period of time, discipleship increases in these areas, and there is a renewed interest in training. As a result, a second class in a village may begin several years after the first class graduates and is often led by one of the graduates of the first class who became a certified trainer through CCI.
EXPANSION IN MEXICO
Since Keith and Jenny Arnold were appointed in September 2016 as the Northern Mexico Area Coordinators, they have laid the groundwork for the expansion of CCI in Northern Mexico. After God provided the necessary support for them and they completed language school in June of 2022, Keith and Jenny moved to Puerto Peñasco, Sonora, Mexico, in January of 2023. The Lord provided a home in a centralized location to the churches with whom they have been working. The groundwork that had been laid is now showing fruit.

Currently, Keith is teaching course one, Bible Study Methods and Rules of Interpretation, in Spanish in two classes and English in one class. There are three classes totaling 14 students. Keith is talking with another pastor who wants to start classes but needs to identify some of the leaders in his church and speak to them about taking the classes. He also has expressed that some English-speaking people would like to start also.

We received a testimony from the pastor's wife of Misson Refugio de Paz, Martha.

"I love learning about God and the Bible. I recommend this book as it teaches so much about God and His Word. Check out the course outline. Every Christian should learn how to study the Bible and how to interpret it correctly."

FALL TOUR
On August 15, seven national directors from Asia, David Narvaez (newly appointed ministry expansion coordinator), and I met in Atlanta to begin a two-month tour of the southeast USA. We have had the privilege of sharing CCI’s ABOVE & BEYOND message from Ephesians 3:20-21 with churches and supporters in KY, TN, VA, NC, SC, GA, AL, and FL. We have traveled 10,000 miles to share and visit with 28 churches, host two dessert socials, visit CCI classes and trainers, and visit with ministry partners and families.

Sitha Dourng, the National Director of Cambodia, testified that this has been an awakening for many people as they have now seen that gospel has entered through the front lines of many countries through much persecution.”

Henry Ventura, the National Director of the Philippines, testified how our time here has given us time to reflect on what we are doing in our countries and how we can grow and become better.

We praise the Lord for the opportunity to share with many of you how the Lord has taken our ministry ABOVE & BEYOND in 2023. This is a year to remember!
Fall Tour at a Dessert Social
To continue this momentum, we are focusing on the 61+ newly acquired Area Coordinators, who diligently work to extend our ministry to every corner of the world. At the end of this year, we will run out of support for these 61+ coordinators. Please pray that God will continue to provide so that they can continue to serve with us for the glory of God. Please consider giving so that they can continue serving by overseeing classes.

Area Coordinators are vital in expanding our reach and impacting more lives. For $300 a month, you can sponsor an Area Coordinator for an entire year. By supporting an Area Coordinator, you are helping us train thousands of people and equipping them to become mature disciples who can reach even more people for the Kingdom of Jesus Christ. We invite you to visit www.cciequip.org/donatetoday or click on the button below to start supporting an Area Coordinator today.
Furthermore, we are excited about our upcoming Global Conference in Chiang Mai, Thailand, where many of our dedicated Area Coordinators from around the globe will gather. This conference will take place from November 5-10 and will serve as a unifying experience for all our workers, providing a platform for growth and alignment in our fields. We envision this event to be a catalyst for future expansion and impact.

However, we need your support for these staff members to participate. Additional funding is required to cover their travel expenses to and from Thailand and lodging, food, and local travel. The overall cost of the conference is approximately $75,000, and we are only $30,000 away from reaching our goal, thanks to your generous giving.

Your support will enable these leaders to gain valuable knowledge and skills to bring back to their communities, empowering them to make a lasting impact. We invite you to join us in this vital cause. Your sponsorship donation will make a tangible difference in the lives of these dedicated individuals and, ultimately, in the lives of those they serve. We appreciate your continued support and partnership in bringing hope and transformation worldwide. Together, we can bring the life-changing message of the salvation of Christ to the world.
Grace and Peace,
