CCI's Vice President of Operations, LaDonna Bohling, was recently named to Collection Advisor Magazine's prestigious list of the 25 Most Influential Women in Collections. This honor is bestowed to those individuals that demonstrate exemplary performance in their day-to-day responsibilities as well as their leadership to educate and advance the industry as a whole. LaDonna was nominated by industry peers and selected from a large group of women having an impact in the collections world. Her efforts with CCI and active involvement in the industry made her a prime candidate for this accolade.
"It is indeed an honor to be in the same group with such esteemed industry professionals; women that are movers and shakers in such an ever-changing environment, and women that have mentored me," said LaDonna.
LaDonna joined CCI in 1996 as General Manager of our call center. She is an ACA Certified Instructor and is responsible for overall oversight of the call center. She is a member of the Executive Board for the Georgia Collectors Association serving as Immediate Past President. LaDonna is also a recent recipient of the International Fellowship Certified Collection Executives Designation from the ACA and serves on the ACA Compliance Subcommittee.
