Maura Black is a graduate of Roger Williams University School of Law and began her legal career at CCK Law in 2016. She has been instrumental in achieving significant results for the firm’s clients and plays an active role in training and mentoring other attorneys and accredited agents at the firm.
Maura has presented at and organized numerous continuing legal education events that have focused on service-connected VA benefits and appeals, VA appeals reform legislation, and petitions for writs of mandamus at the CAVC. She is actively involved with the Federal Bar Association (FBA), serving in leadership positions in the FBA’s Veterans and Military Law Section from 2017 to 2022 and currently as chair of the Sections and Divisions Council.
Maura’s deep understanding of veterans law and dedication to justice make her an invaluable member of the team.
