This Week's Service July 26, 2026

July 26, 2026: Freedom to Worship and Ordination with Rev. Doti Boon. Today is a day of celebration as we welcome two new Reverends into our ministry, individuals who have answered a sacred calling to serve humanity, to bring healing where there is hurt, hope where there is despair, and light where there is darkness.

Ordination is more than receiving a title. It is a commitment to protecting the dignity of every soul and honoring the sacred journey of every individual.

The Ordination will start at 11:30

We also celebrate the freedom to worship what’s in our hearts and to question, learn, and pray according to the deepest convictions of our core. May we never take that freedom for granted. May we defend it, not only for ourselves, but for every person, regardless of their faith. Because when every soul is free to seek the Divine with honesty, love becomes stronger, communities become richer, and humanity moves one step closer to peace.

Empathy Management

with Rev. Doti Boon

"Empathy Management - Transforming Reflex into Choice!" em*pa*thy noun \ˈem-pə-thē\: the feeling that you understand and share another person's experiences and emotions: the ability to share someone else's feelings. One of the traits common to healers is some degree of empathy. As everything holds both light and shadow, the ability to feel the emotions of others as if they are your own can be both a gift and a hindrance. While empathy can enhance the connection between a practitioner and a person receiving healing work, it can also leave the healer

CCL 20260719 Empathy Management with Rev Doti Boon

open to a flood of emotions that can be at

best disruptive and at worst disabling.

Learn how you can transform empathy from a reflex to a choice. You will learn exercises that will enable you to not only decide if your empathy is needed, but also choose how much empathy you need for each situation!

I learned all these things from Noah's Ark!

Corky's Corner - July 22, 2026

1. Plan ahead. It wasn't raining when Noah built the ark.

2. Stay fit. When you're 600 years old, someone might ask you to do something REALLY big.

3. Don't listen to critics -- do what has to be done.

4. Build on high ground.

5. For safety's sake, travel in pairs.

6. Two heads are better than one.

7. Speed isn't always an advantage. The cheetahs were on board, but so were the snails.

8. If you can't fight or flee -- float!

9. Don't forget that we're all in the same boat.

10. Remember that the ark was built by amateurs and the Titanic was built by professionals.

11. Remember that the woodpeckers INSIDE are often a bigger threat than the storm outside.

12. Don't miss the boat.

13. No matter how bleak it looks, if God is with you, there's always a rainbow on the other side.

This Week's Service Aug. 2, 2026

August 2, 2026:Spiritual Awakening with Rev. Doti Boon. Living in the Light is about receiving Creator’s blessings, people's smiles, joyful appreciation of the positive and good on this spaceship Earth for the short time we have here. Shut off the media and open your heart, mind, and spirit to the GOOD THINGS WE HAVE!

To build your inner light, your Spiritual Awakening, each day, take the time you usually spend attached to the news, traffic, and weather reporters by being quiet, peaceful, and joyous, in awe and wonder of the Creator's angels all around you. Just take these few minutes that you are living anyway for peace, quiet, and prayer. This will strengthen your Spiritual connection to the Great Creator, Mother-Father God, and illuminate it. Silent prayer and inner peace strengthen the Spirit's inner light and produce small awakenings every day.
