About Finding the perfect Soul Mate
The average lifespan is 76 years and you start dating at 16, giving you 60 years to find your soul mate; you might be able to meet two new people a week. That's 6,240 people. Let's eliminate half of them for being the wrong gender. Then eliminate half the remainder - you are the wrong gender for them. That leaves 1,560.
Let's say half of all people are attractive. Okay 20% of them are going to think they are too attractive for you, giving us 624 potentials.
Given 60 years, two-thirds of them are likely to be more than 10 years older or younger than you are, which is probably too much of a difference to make things work. Leaves 208.
Average IQ is 100, and some are dumber than that. Do the math. Out of these, approximately 10% will not go out with you for some reason when you ask them, or you will try to play "hard to get" when they ask you and you'll never hear from them again.
After you have sex, you find out half of them are either lousy in bed, or were just looking to get lucky, or both. Leaving you with 24 people that are still worth anything.
Let's say there are only four religions in the world: Jewish,
Christian, Spiritual, and Other. So there is only a 25% chance your potential soul mate will agree with you on the subject of your soul. If you try to avoid this pitfall by being an atheist, you would be unacceptable to anyone who was religious. So we're left with 6.
Out of these six people, one will either love or hate cats, another is a fanatical vegan or eats nothing but pork, obsessed with ceramic cows, or makes an annoying whistling noise when they breathe. A fifth will run off somewhere, leaving you with one and only one possible soul mate. When you meet this person, there is a 50% chance you're with someone who's wrong for you. If you're available, they'll already be with someone else. Stay home. Read a book.

The Elusive Soul Mate, or is it?

This evening, Thursday Sept. 5th I will be presenting a 2 hour workshop on How to Meet Your Soul Mate-and Then What!
Many folks feel there is only one person in the entire world that is their "Soul Mate". According to my Spirit Guide MAH we each have about 2,300 soul mates on just this planet. These are, however, not always potential mates, quite often they are good friends, employers, or relatives who have come back to be incarnated the same time you are - and often children that wanted to have you or your partner as a parent.
But, when you do meet a Soul Mate that is looking to match up with you - there is definitively an amazing connection and it is not always easily explained. It is a meeting of mind, heart, body and soul on the highest of levels. Communication is at its easiest, as they understand you perfectly and accept you completely with no judgments. Your Soul Mate understands and connects with you in every way and on every level, which brings a sense of peace, calmness and happiness when you are around them.
People are amazed to find out that sometimes Soul Mates aren't lovers or spouses. They may be the perfect boss, understanding minister or delightful care giver. Your Soul Mate bond always transcends physical shapes, sizes, ages, religions, skin colors and gender. When you are with a Soul Mate you are aware of the beauty in life, because you have been given a great gift.
There is always a sense of mutual love and respect. The person completes you on a spiritual level and all your fears vanish and you no longer question your purpose in life. Soul Mates love, respect and honor each other equally.
Being in a relationship with a Soul Mate is not always perfect! There are times when disagreement, conflict and incompatibility will arise. This is because you and your Soul Mate are still growing and learning how to be a perfect fit as a partner, parent, employer, best friend, etc. It takes work, growth and change to keep any kind of relationship going and growing over time. However, in a Soul Mate relationship - the disagreements are few, the frustration is minimal and the making up is very fast.
If you find yourself repeatedly falling in love with the "perfect" partner, only to be disappointed and dumping them soon after, your ability to perceive your true Soul Mate may be faulty. When you are in a relationship with a Soul Mate you compromise, work or change as you love them for being exactly who they are; realizing they are a mirror of your spiritual essence.
Where are these Soul Mates and how do you find them? Once you find them - how do you appreciate and honor their existence in your world?
Join me this evening as we explore getting in touch with your Soul Mates - how to bring them in to your life - and then what to do with them.

You need not have any experience with drum circles, we ask only for your loving presence. Drums, flutes, rattles, didgeridoos...we welcome them all. Don't worry if you don't have an instrument there are plenty to share!
As we begin a new season of Drumming, we will be asking for a $5.00 contribution from each participant to assist with instrument repair and refreshments.
