At their special meeting on Oct. 22nd, the Collier County Commission revised and enacted the local Mask Mandate which is valid until April 13, 2021 (through the season).

Mask order highlights:

- The mandate applies to only unincorporated Collier County
- Code enforcers can only fine businesses, not individuals
- Does not apply to businesses that can maintain at least 6' social distancing
