COVID-19 Vaccination Sign-Up this Sunday for Ages 65+ and Healthcare Workers with Direct Patient Contact
Vaccine News:

The Florida Department of Health in Collier County (DOH-Collier), will provide COVID-19 vaccine administration beginning Monday, January 25, 2021 at North Collier Regional Park.

Scheduling of appointments will start at 9:00am on Sunday, January 24, 2021. Appointments for the COVID-19 vaccine will be made via Eventbrite. Visit CollierCountyCOVIDVaccines.Eventbrite.com.

• Drive-Thru.
• Appointments made on Eventbrite, CollierCountyCOVIDVaccines.Eventbrite.com.
• Healthcare personnel with direct patient contact and persons 65+.
  • Healthcare personnel with direct patient contact will be asked to provide identification indicating they are healthcare staff [such as ID badge or paystub].
• Face masks must be worn while waiting in vehicles.
• No referral needed. No cost. Clients will be asked to complete a registration form prior to receiving the vaccine.

Effective as of January 21, 2021: Public Advisory requires recipients of First Dose of COVID-19 Vaccine meet Florida Residency/Seasonal Residency Requirements (read DOH-Collier Vaccine FAQs for details). Does not apply to healthcare workers with direct patient contact.

Note: There will be a limited amount of vaccine distributed per day per site. Collier County will continue to receive the vaccine in the following weeks.

Ongoing vaccine information will be posted on our Facebook group pages: Physicians | Practice Administrators/Office Staff.

We encourage physicians to register to become vaccine providers for when vaccine allocations become available for your practices (likely no earlier than March, situation is fluid).
