Almighty God, you know that we have no power in ourselves to help ourselves: Keep us both outwardly in our bodies and inwardly in our souls, that we may be defended from all adversities which may happen to the body, and from all evil thoughts which may assault and hurt the soul; through Jesus Christ our Lord, who lives and reigns with you and the Holy Spirit, one God, for ever and ever. Amen.

New "Circles of Caring" Initiative Has Begun!
Please answer your phones and check those emails! A team of parishioners will reach out to every household in the parish during Lent to check in and say hello. We are excited to connect more deeply with our fellow parishioners, strengthen friendships, and help every household at Christ Church know they are being thought of and prayed for during this time. It is one of the ways we can love our neighbor, as Jesus teaches. We can’t wait to connect with you.
Kids' Costumes: Repairs Needed!
This year we may be using some of our annual Christmas Pageant costumes for some Holy Week activities. This reminded me that a few costumes could use some relatively minor mending. What is a tiger without a tail? If you have the time and talent please email Nancy Sterling.
Also, most of the costumes have been in use for decades. If anyone has any animal or angel costumes that your kids have grown out of, or anything that would be useful for kings or shepherds, all donations would be gratefully accepted. Please reach out via the above email. Thanks- Nancy Sterling and the Pageant Committee.

Beyond the Parish
CCN'S Own Cecile Leroy's Band is Coming to Christ Church!
On March 26 from 2-3:30pm at Christ Church, all are invited to this free concert by CCN parishioner and member of CCN Vestry class ’24 Cecile Leroy's band Chimney Swift. The band requests that you be fully vaccinated and wear a mask.
Cecile has contributed to the music at Christ Church in several ways over the years and now she is excited to share another side of her musical life. Chimney Swift has been playing together since 2016. They are a groovy, eclectic folk band with inspiration ranging from traditional fiddle tunes to pop and various international styles.
This concert is their first performance since covid started, and it is the long-awaited debut concert for their first full-length album, which came out in January of 2020. They are looking forward to sharing their music with you!
