Donor Spotlight: Betty Erickson
While supporters of Catholic Charities NH share their incredible generosity and commitment to helping build better futures for New Hampshire residents in need, each has their own story – and reason for giving. That’s certainly the case for Georges Mills resident Betty Erickson. As she says, “we can’t only think about the present – we have to think about the future too.” And as you’ll see, she’s putting that perspective into action in a very meaningful way. Read her story.
2021 Virtual Mardi Smashes Fundraising Records
This year, we couldn't gather in person like we typically do for our annual Mardi Gras Celebration but were able to come together virtually to raise funds for an incredible cause. On February 16, our virtual event brought in more than $210,000 (a new fundraising record!) to support the rising need for emergency assistance services across New Hampshire. We were honored to have special guests, such as Bishop Peter Libasci, remarks from CEO Tom Blonski and plenty of other entertainment. To watch the replay of the event, click here.

The CareGivers Volunteer Spotlight: Amy-Lynn Sullivan
“What would happen to a senior who is even more isolated because of the pandemic, and can’t get to the medical appointment they need to go to?” Amy-Lynn Sullivan asked this question to herself last year when she heard the heartbreaking news that this was an all-too-common challenge for many local seniors. She felt called to do something about it. Read her story.

Your Impact Deepens
This past year, as the demand for our services grew, we saw too many families on the brink of losing their homes, hundreds of seniors facing overwhelming isolation, individuals carrying heavier emotional burdens as life changed right before their eyes, and so much more. But because of you, we were able to respond – and provide 1-in-11 New Hampshire residents with renewed hope for a better journey forward. See the many ways that your gifts made an incredible difference over the past year. We thank you – and those you have helped thank you.
"I am extremely grateful for all of your help, guidance and advocacy on my behalf. I wouldn't have been able to move forward to where I am today if it wasn't for your support. Thank you for all you do for me and countless others."
