Dear CCPC,

It is my pleasure to inform you that your child has been accepted into our 3-Day Woodland program for the 2025-2026 school year. We hope to greet your family next September for a wonderful year together.

If you applied for Extended Day, your child has been accepted to the class of your choice. Your formal Extended Day acceptance with enrollment deposit instructions will be sent separately.

You will receive a separate email communication for each child in your family regarding acceptances.

You have two simple steps to finalize your enrollment.

STEP 1: Complete the Secure My Spot form

STEP 2: Pay your Enrollment Deposit

Your Enrollment Deposit of $1,500

is due by March 21, 2025.

This deposit, which is part of your full annual tuition, will be invoiced through your Brightwheel parent portal account after your completed Secure My Spot form is received.

If you know that you will not be joining us next year, kindly email me to release your space to another family.

More information about required forms and billing will be sent in early June. Class assignments involve many considerations including ages within a class, gender balance, and sibling school schedules. You will receive your child's classroom teacher and room assignment in late August.
