March 2026

🌸 Welcome Spring! 🌸

March has flown by, and what seemed like a long month is now coming to a close. I have especially enjoyed observing the change from winter to

spring-ish weather, and observing all the bright art throughout the classrooms.

I was happy to accompany the Salamanders class to the Smithsonian National Air & Space Museum! It was my pleasure to organize a scavenger hunt as the children explored the moon and outer space. Our young astronomers marveled at the immersive experience, which brought their space learning unit to life. Thank you to our parent chaperones, who helped make this trip successful!

A mischievous leprechaun visited CCPC, leaving behind tiny green footprints, glittering gold coins, and plenty of giggles. The children were thrilled to go on a leprechaun hunt and try to capture the leprechaun.

The Chameleons enjoyed their field trip to the National Zoo this month, and the children shared with me that they loved the sandcat most.
