Kicking Things Off, Taking Big Steps, and Starting a New Chapter!

Greetings!

Fall is here, and with it comes a season of change and new beginnings! As the air gets cooler our students are settling into new routines, making new friends, and discovering all the exciting opportunities that come with the start of a new school year. It’s a big transition, but we’re here to support them every step of the way.

It’s so much fun to watch our young learners take on new challenges, make new friends, and figure out just how awesome they are. Every little “aha!” moment is like finding a hidden treasure, and we can’t wait to see what’s next.

Thank you for being part of the adventure with us. We’re eager for all the twists, turns, and leaf piles that fall has in store. Bring on the fun!

Please enjoy this Welcome from our wonderful Parent Advisory Committee co-chairs, Katie Rosenthal & Elizabeth Niles. A special thank you to both our dedicated co-chairs as they embark on another year of outstanding leadership. Additionally, we extend our gratitude to Lauren Ottenhoff for organizing our Welcome Coffees on the first day of school.

We had such a blast at Back to School Night! I hope that the overview of our policies and procedures was informative and you enjoyed becoming a student for the night! If you were unable to attend, you can view the Back to School Night Presentation linked below.

Popsicles on the Playground

We extend our sincere gratitude to Lisa Luse & Lindsey Richardson for their outstanding efforts in coordinating the successful Popsicle on the Playground event. On the afternoon before the first day of school, our community gathered on the playground to welcome new families, enjoy a delightful treat of popsicles, and purchase CCPC Merch! This event fostered a warm and inclusive environment for new and returning families, setting a positive tone for the school year ahead.

Thank you, Lisa & Lindsey, for making this gathering a memorable occasion and a continued CCPC tradition!

CCPC Family BBQ

The Fall Family BBQ was an incredible success, and it wouldn’t have been possible without all of you! I hope you had the opportunity to form new connections and reconnect with familiar faces. The event was filled with joy, and we were thrilled by the fantastic entertainment! The Bubble Lady wowed everyone, the Petting Zoo brought endless delight, and the Split String Band kept the music flowing.

I want to extend a special thank you to all the parent volunteers who helped with both set-up and clean-up. Your time and effort were invaluable. Most importantly, I’d like to express my deepest gratitude to our PAC BBQ Chairs, Meghan Grenda and Matt Sharbaugh, for their hard work and dedication in coordinating this unforgettable event. Your efforts made the day truly special for everyone!
