The CCRA Contract Committee has submitted, and the Board of Directors has approved, new forms for 2023. CCRA has now set dates for training.

Tuesday, November 8th at 2:00 pm

for a webinar to go over the new changes to the following forms: 

New forms will include:

CCRA Contract of Sale (Residential) 

Back-up Contract 

Lender Selection Addendum 

Closing Contingency Addendum 

Inspection Repairs Addendum 

Sales and Closing Contingency Addendum 

These forms will be available January 2023
