Theresa “Terry” Glebocki serves as Chief Executive Officer of Ocean Casino Resort.She joined Ocean in February 2019 as the casino’s chief financial officer, was appointed the interim CEO in August 2019 and was named CEO in December 2019. Terry brings more than 30 years of leadership experience to the role. In April 2021, she was appointed as the first female president of the Casino Association of New Jersey (CANJ). The successful launch and distribution of vaccines in NJ has allowed the residents and businesses to start their return to normalcy. On June 4, Governor Phil Murphy signed A-5820(Coughlin/Chiaravalloti/Sweeney), which enabled the end of the COVID-19 Public Health Emergency that had been in place since March 9, 2020.

For the past 29 years the CCSNJ has partnered with the Federal Reserve Bank of Philadelphia on the South Jersey Business Survey - a quarterly survey of CCSNJ member companies in which businesses indicate the direction of change in overall business activity and in the various measures of activity at their companies: employment, total sales, big ticket sales, inventories, prices paid, and prices received. The CCSNJ uses the results of this survey regularly while crafting legislative positions or in discussions with members about the state of the regional economy.
