Our services and ministries accomplish this through in-depth verse-by-verse study of Scripture, praise and worship, prayer, fellowship, communion, missions, and engaging in the personal sharing of the Gospel.

Join us for an incredible time of prayer as we intercede for friends and family and come before our amazing Lord with adoration and praise. Led by Jess and Blanca Farol.
We'd love to have you join us.
| |
Please pray:
- As Pastor Joe shared in Revelation 3:14-22 on Sunday, Verses 14-15: "These things says the Amen, the Faithful and True Witness, the beginning of the creation of God: I know your works, that you are neither cold nor hot. I could wish you were cold or hot. So then, because you are lukewarm, and neither cold nor hot, I will vomit you out of My mouth." please pray that we would not fall into the trap of the Laodiceans, of being lukewarm in our faith. Being lukewarm was becoming the temperature of the environment around them, reflected by passionate for their indifference toward Christ and lack of passion for spiritual things. No emotional or practical engagement- they became useless with an indifference to the Holy Spirit and God's Word.
- Pray we would be "cold", as a person who is refreshing, encouraging and edifying and "hot"- as a person passionate for good works, effective and zealous for Christ.
- For this new year 2023, for wisdom and guidance for Pastor Joe, the Church Board and Leadership as they seek the Lord for His plans for our church this year.
- So many are dealing with physical and emotional struggles. Please pray for healing and God's direction and peace over each one.
- Many young couples are struggling through miscarriages, please pray for them as they work through grief, physical, mental and emotional struggles. Pray for God's peace and comfort for them.

Introducing Rick & Cindy Johnston serving in Northern Ireland
We have added Rick and Cindy Johnston to our list of Missionaries. Please pray for them along with our other Missionaries. Here is some information about them and prayer requests too:
Rick and Cindy Johnston have been serving the Lord in Northern Ireland since June 2009. The call to the mission field was originally to assist in the work of a church in Ballymena - 30 miles northwest of
Belfast. That church closed in Spring 2014 and the Lord led them to start up a new church - Calvary Braid Valley. Initially, they had been able to be deeply involved in the dynamic interdenominational Christian
activities occurring in the town known as "the Bible Belt of Ireland". This involvement continues along with the pastoral duties of leading a church. Rick teaches weekly on Sunday mornings and during mid-week opportunities as well as discipling and ministering to individuals. Cindyl eads Joyful Heart Women's Bible study that reaches beyond the church and into the community.
Prayer requests
- that the congregation of Calvary Braid Valley will have genuine love for the Lord and for one another
- that the works of unity among many churches in the Ballymena area will continue and the movement will increase
- that our outreaches will be fruitful, and activities amongst ourselves will be effective
- for us to remain in a close walk with Jesus and growing in the word of God; and to enjoy continuing to strengthen our marriage

CHURCH UPDATE: The church has returned to its original “Dove” logo to recognize the Holy Spirit’s ministry to the believer. This traditional logo, established at the founding of our church, is easily understood and it's message is clear. The Holy Spirit is in us, with us, and upon us. In addition, the church is now doing business as Calvary Chapel Temecula. This change will do several things:
- Simplify the name for easier memory
-
Bring into line with our current website address which is cctemecula.com
- Save money on sign and banner creation
- Bring into line with Calvary Chapel custom of naming the church after a city name, not a geographical region ("Temecula Valley")
Blessings in Christ,
Calvary Chapel Temecula Board
