CCUA has created a new Issues Management webpage that houses our communications guidance, key messages, and FAQs in response to emerging or/and potential issues related to the sector.
Since January 2023, we have provided responses to issues including the Silicon Valley Bank and Signature Bank collapse, a CBC story about Interac e-transfer auto deposit fraud, a C.D. Howe op-ed about deposit insurance, and most recently, tackling the misinformation about digital banking services.
