Superintendent Search Update

On November 26th the Culver City Unified School District Board of Education met to interview candidates and a finalist was chosen. The Board is expected to approve an employment offer and contract at its regularly scheduled Board meeting on December 12, 2023.  Please visit the CCUSD 2023 Superintendent Search Page for more about the process and our finalist, Brian Lucas Ed.D., who is expected to join the district in January.

🔗Bond Feasibility Update Presentation from November 14th Meeting

Ballot language: Bond proceeds cannot legally be used for housing and income generating real estate development. At the 11/14 Regular Board Meeting, the body voted 5-0 to stop discussion on these two items in relation to the 2024 bond.

On December 5th the Board of Education will hold a special meeting to discuss a bond resolution for the March 2024 election. O
