We can share a GoogleSheet where we can transmit information back and forth, and we are also happy to send a weekly email update for additional transparency - just let us know who should be our main points of contact.
To get started, we will need a list of the following:
- First and last name
- Email address
- Phone number

Other information needed is the program's licensing number and the name of the county the center is in.
