CDCES 2023 Renewals
Is your CDCES credential due to expire in 2023? The extended window for renewal by CE is open through October 15, 2023. The Renewal by CE Handbook is available. Visit the renewal page to learn more about the three renewal pathway options.
Are You Listed in the CDCES Directory?
The Locate a CDCES Directory is a great tool for people with diabetes and providers to locate you. The directory allows you to promote yourself as a CDCES and the valuable care and education you provide. CBDCE launched a marketing campaign to an audience of people with diabetes running September through December 2023. The campaign directs visitors to the Locate a CDCES Directory page. Be sure you are listed in the directory to increase your visibility.

It's easy to set-up. Take a look at the public Locate a CDCES Directory page on the CBDCE website. Sign in to your CDCES Portal and choose the CDCES Directory. Be sure to make the listing visible before you save it. If you already are listed in the directory, please log-in and check that it is current.

This is the chance for your young adult diabetes patients to be part of a driving force to revolutionize diabetes care and support. Help spread the word! Please forward the link to your young adult patients with diabetes.

CDCES Certificant Spotlight
Meet Sue Stewart, RD, LD, CDCES
"Being a CDCES opened many doors for me. I was a vital partner in having a new diabetes clinic become accredited. I was the subject matter expert in multiple hospital settings and as a Health Promotion Coordinator. Having the credentials and expertise has allowed me to work with other incredible healthcare providers to ensure quality care."

In each newsletter, we spotlight a CDCES! Are you interested in being featured in a future CDCES story? Contact Susan Hall.
