COVID-19 isn't over, but across the U.S., increasing numbers of communities are planning to or starting to relax restrictions that will enable more companies to open and allow employees to head back to the office; many for the first time in several months.

For some companies, that may mean big changes. Just as many conquered the remote working world, some businesses are now looking for the right balance between the pre-coronavirus days and what the workplace should look like going forward.

Planned changes may include: letting more employees stay working remotely, more social/digital marketing vs. traditional marketing, less business travel permanently, broadening business offerings, downsizing physical office space and investing more in technical training & certifications.
