Konica Minolta Named a Worldwide Leader for Print Transformation
Konica Minolta announced it has been named as a leader in "Worldwide Print Transformation 2020 Vendor Assessment." Konica Minolta has pursued an active approach to significantly grow its product portfolio and capabilities, leveraging its expertise in technology, products and workflow solutions to provide clients with the tools and competencies to support their digital transformations. The IDC MarketScape states that "Konica Minolta has successfully executed this plan in targeted areas such as managed IT services, security, voiceover IP (VoIP), enterprise content management, business process outsourcing and vertical-specific ERP and CRM solutions." The report notes that " ... customers seeking more than just a refresh of their printer/MFP portfolio and more of a vision of the workplace's evolution into the future may want to consider Konica Minolta."

Sharp Adds 9 New Printers & MFPs to Its Lineup
 Sharp Imaging and Information Company added nine new models to its existing letter-sized A4 printer lineup, providing a total of 19 A4 models for home and office use. The additional products include three monochrome models and six color models. These new models are designed with high-performance features typically found on larger machines, delivering the productivity, performance and reliability needed for busy work environments.
The new lineup, which includes four MFPs, delivers a crisp output all in a compact design. These models present an intuitive design as well as out-of-the box copy, print, scan and fax capabilities. Additionally, with speeds ranging from 35 to 70 pages per minute (ppm), these products can integrate seamlessly into any existing office environment. The four MFP models are also compatible with Synappx Go, a mobile application that connects to Sharp MFPs for fast scanning and printing wherever you go.
