Thank you to the 50+ Oakland High students, Chabot students, community members, Alumni, and friends who joined the Alumni & Friends' fourth annual Foraging Tour on April 24th as part of Chabot's Earth Week activities.
We had a blast exploring campus, appreciating the variety of plants/trees in our own Chabot backyard, and learning about foraging's deep roots in the African American and Native American communities from our expert guides, Blessing Morris and Anamarie Navarro Tabujara. We look forward to hosting more tours in the future.
