Business Manager

Hi, I’m Hope Hinkson and I am thrilled to be the new Business Manager here at the DC North campus. I come from an administrative background in pharmacy, medical and dental, then decided to start taking some business courses at the Community College of Denver to get the skills I needed to become an accountant.

I have now been working in the finance industry for some time now, contracting for various companies and taking on different roles, with my biggest strengths in accounts payable and taxes. I am still taking classes part-time and plan to transfer to a 4-year college sometime in late 2025 or early 2026.

Personally, I enjoy spending time with friends and family, taking long walks with my dog Winnie the Poodle and going out to watch live music. A fun fact about me is that I have been playing the drums for many years and played in lots of bands, performing at local venues in Denver and even supported major acts like Lita Ford, Vixen, and Tom Keiffer of Cinderella (Google that!).

Again, I am so happy to be a part of the team here and look forward to working with and getting to know all of you.
