Current students who are not graduating will remain enrolled with CEC Westminster College Direct
and do not need to complete the application and enrollment process.

Textbook BuyBack Day is
Wednesday, December 15th!

Did You Submit a Textbook Reimbursement Request
for a Purchased Textbook?

Sign up to bring it to the Westminster Satellite Office on December 15th,
in order to receive
your reimbursement check.*

If you purchased a textbook and submitted a Textbook Reimbursement Request before the November 12th deadline, checks will be available to pick up on Wednesday, December 15th, Please use the link below to sign up for a 30 minute window to exchange your book for a check.

Please note: per current Westminster and Adams County guidelines,
anyone entering the CEC Westminster Satellite Office will be
required to wear a mask covering both mouth and nose for their entire visit, regardless of vaccination status.
If you or anyone in your household is feeling unwell, please stay home and call us to coordinate your textbook exchange for a different day.
*If you have a purchased book to return but you did not complete a Reimbursement Request prior to the November deadline, please contact Ann Crider at: ann.crider@coloradoearlycolleges.org.

The Westminster Satellite Office has a small library of textbooks available to borrow. Click on the link below to request Spring textbooks. We will follow up in January to confirm which books we have. Spring 2022Textbook pick up day will be January 14th,
and a Pick-Up Sign-Up will be posted in January's newsletter.

The CEC student email is becoming more and more important - you will need to use it to submit your Textbook and Laptop Reimbursement requests, and to complete other CEC forms.

FRCC's COVID Protocol for Spring 2022
Effective for the Spring 2022 semester, all students taking classes on campus will have a choice to: 
  • Submit evidence to the college that they are fully vaccinated against COVID-19 or
  • Agree to weekly COVID-19 testing with prompt submission of test results or
  • If students do not want to upload vaccination verification or test regularly, students can take online classes

Transcript Requests

It's that time of year when we begin getting lots of transcript requests. Please remember that ALL transcript requests must be submitted through Parchment and may take 5-10 business days to process, so be sure to plan ahead!

Colorado School of Mines is accepting applications for the 2022 Summer Multicultural Engineering Training (SUMMET) program. SUMMET is an engineering, science, and technology program designed for rising juniors and seniors from Colorado and Oklahoma who are from underrepresented populations, including ethnic/racial minorities, women, and prospective first-generation college students.

SUMMET provides exposure to the lifestyle, opportunities, and challenges of college and is designed to help build skills and experiences for a smooth transition from high school to college. SUMMET is a one-week residential program, allowing participants to live on campus for the duration of the program, experience life as a college student, and participate in STEM-related curriculum instruction.

Coolidge Scholarship for High School Juniors!

The Coolidge Scholarship is an annually awarded, full-ride, presidential scholarship that covers a student’s tuition, room, board, and expenses for four years of undergraduate study and leadership training. This one-of-a-kind scholarship may be used at any Accredited American University.
Students apply for the Coolidge Scholarship during their junior year of high school.
