In addition to sending in a copy of you Spring 2022 class schedule, if you've made any schedule changes to your Fall schedule and have not yet sent in an updated schedule,
please send a copy of your current schedule
to Mrs. Crider, Mrs. Petersen, or Mrs. Campbell as soon as possible!

To be eligible, you must submit a Refer-a-Friend Form for each friend you refer by October 1st, 2022 and your friend must enroll at a CEC school - and stay enrolled through at least October 31st, 2022. Fall 2021 Textbook & Laptop Reimbursement Closes Soon!
Deadline is November 12th!
Textbook Reimbursement
Each semester, CECFC offers Reimbursement for Rented and Purchased Textbooks, including Online Textbooks/Access Codes. This offer only applies to REQUIRED textbooks or online access fees.
For purchased books, you will be reimbursed on Textbook Buy Back Day, December 15th, 2021
when you return your book to the
CEC Westminster Satellite Office.

Only books in good condition will be eligible for reimbursement. Please take care of you books!

To request reimbursement, click on the button below. To complete the form, log in using your CEC Student Email account and be ready to upload your receipts and syllabi or materials lists (showing the books were required) for any books you are requesting to have reimbursed.

Textbook Reimbursement Deadline
is November 12th.
Laptop Reimbursement
CECFC offers eligible full time students a ONE TIME reimbursement of 50% up to $250 on the purchase of a laptop needed for school work. Part time students are eligible to receive 50% up to $125 on a laptop purchase.
A student is eligible for laptop reimbursement when they are enrolled in or have passed either ENG121 or MAT121 or above.
To request Laptop Reimbursement, click on the button below. Be prepared to log in using your CEC Student Email account and have your receipts ready to upload.

The Fall 2021
Laptop Reimbursement Deadline is November 12th.
IMPORTANT! Textbook and laptop reimbursement funds will first be applied to any outstanding fees and are only available to students with remaining voucher dollars. Please make sure you are logged in to your CEC Student account to access reimbursement forms.

The CEC student email is becoming more and more important - you will need to use it to submit your Textbook and Laptop Reimbursement requests, and to complete other CEC forms.

Remember, it is your responsibility to be familiar with the dates, deadlines, and policies of the

FRCC's COVID Protocol for Spring 2022
Effective for the Spring 2022 semester, all students taking classes on campus will have a choice to: 
  • Submit evidence to the college that they are fully vaccinated against COVID-19 or
  • Agree to weekly COVID-19 testing with prompt submission of test results or
  • If students do not want to upload vaccination verification or test regularly, students can take online classes

Important Information for Seniors Graduating in
the 2021-2022 School Year

If you or your student is planning to Graduate from CEC in the 2021-2022 School Year and you have not yet viewed the video from the Grad Meeting in September, please take a few minutes to do so now. Reach out to your advisor, if you have any questions.

Whether or not you plan to walk at Graduation, we encourage all our Grads and at least one parent/guardian to view the presentation.

Graduating Senior Photos and Recognition Ads

Calling all Graduating Seniors!!!
Whether you are planning to Graduate with CEC, or through your Homeschool, please submit your
Senior Photos!
Still need to submit your Senior Photo and Quote?
Contact Sofia Shappell (email can be found below).
Submitted photos will be used for the yearbook, the CECFC Grad Website, and at Graduation.
Portrait requirements are:
  • High-quality resolution (at least 300 dpi)
  • Portrait orientation is preferred
  • Dress code compliant attire
  • State the preferred name of the student (e.g. Bill vs. William)
Upload your photo directly to Jostens website at: 
ALL photos must meet the above-mentioned requirements.

Graduating Senior Recognition Ads
Do you want to recognize your Graduate for all their hard work and wish them well before they step out into the world?

You can order a Senior Recognition Ad to be included in the 2021-2022 CECFC Yearbook!

On the recognition ad form, please select Colorado Early College HIGH school (Fort Collins) and then use (970)377-0044 for the school phone number when prompted.
Seniors, Don't forget to order your CECFC Yearbook!
Seniors who submit Portraits for Graduation will be included in the Yearbook.
Students who have a Media Opt-Out marked in their file will not be included in any CEC media.
Contact Ann Crider if you think you need to update your Media preferences.
Transcript Requests

It's that time of year when we begin getting lots of transcript requests. Please remember that ALL transcript requests must be submitted through Parchment and may take
5-10 business days to process, so be sure to plan ahead!

Daniels Fund Scholarship

This regoinal scholarship is available to seniors in Colorado, New Mexico, Utah, and Wyoming and can be used at any accredited nonprofit college or university in the United States. Daniels Scholars demonstrate strength of character, leadership potential, and academic promise.
Application deadline is 4pm, November 15th.
