NEW THIS WEEK

Help for the Hungry

This month is Hunger Action Month, and our Wolf Pack is running the food drive to raise food for the Fort Collins Food Bank. Students can choose which teacher to whom they give their cans - the department with the most cans will sacrifice one teacher to get a Pie in the face! So please bring those cans in starting Monday, September 16th through Monday, September 30th. Please contact Mr. Clementz with questions.

The Adams Family Musical Auditions

Auditions for the upcoming musical will be held In-Person on Tuesday, October 1st & Thursday, October 3rd. Virtual Auditions need to be submitted by October 3rd. Please see the Bulletin Board outside of the Auditorium to get an Audition Form & Sign up! Please contact Sofia Shappell with questions.

Parent Volunteers Needed

September is Suicide Prevention Month. Please contact our school counselor, Erica Koehler, if you would like to donate purple or teal yarn or googly eyes for a special awareness activity we will have available for students the week of September 23rd. OR you can volunteer your time to help w the activity on September 24th or 26th during our lunch periods (10:45-12:45ish). We’ll be making yarn “hugs” 😊 Contact Erica.Koehler@coloradoearlycolleges.org for more information.

We appreciate your patience! Ms. Krueger at the front desk will buzz you in. PLEASE DO NOT pound on the glass or rattle the door! It may take a few seconds to clear the door lock. Thank you for helping us keep our students & staff safe!

Interested in Law Enforcement?

Come to the Cadet Post Open House on Monday, September 16th at 7pm. The LCSO Cadet Program is designed for youths between the ages of 15 and 20 years old. This volunteer program gives youth the opportunity to learn from people in law enforcement about the variety of careers in the field, while also encouraging youth to be strong leaders in their community.

Besides learning about law enforcement, the cadet program also has an emphasis on the following skills: leadership, networking, communication, and team building. Currently the LCSO Cadet Program is limited to 20 members, and they recruit annually, with selection for the program occurring in September. All cadets are issued a Class A uniform with felt campaign hat, a Class B uniform, and a training polo.
