Please gather the following documents to have on hand when completing the enrollment process: 
  • Birth Certificate, Passport, or State issued ID  
  • Immunization records or exemption  
  • Transcript (incoming 10-12th graders) or Report Card (incoming 6-9th graders)


All current students will automatically be reenrolled for the 2022-23 school year. Students enrolled in 8th grade for the 2021-22 school year at McMurry Middle School do not need to enroll in the CECFC High School. They will receive a separate email later in the year with additional instructions on what steps are needed to complete the transition into CECFC High School.

INFORMATIONAL MEETINGS
Our next Informational Meeting for the 2022-23 school year is on Thursday, March 24th, from 4:30pm - 5:30pm.

Informational Meetings are designed to help potential students and their parents/guardians understand CEC's unique program.

While not required, we strongly encourage parents/guardians and students to participate in an informational meeting. You will have an opportunity to chat with CECFC staff members, ask questions about the middle school and/or high school and tour the middle school (McMurry) or high school campus.

TALENT SHOW AUDITIONS WILL BE HELD AFTER SCHOOL ON WEDNESDAY, MARCH 2ND OR THURSDAY, MARCH 3RD. (PLEASE PICK ONE DAY TO AUDITION)

The Middle School Talent Show will be on Friday, April 1st!

INTERESTED IN TRANSPORTATION?
CECFC would like to provide transportation to and from school. We have created a survey to determine how many families may be interested. If you are interested in receiving transportation for your student, please click on the button below.

CEC Transportation Services is committed to providing safe and efficient transportation to CEC families when possible. Every effort will be made to provide a stop within 3 miles of your home address. This form is NOT registration for school transportation. By filling out this form, you will be placed on the contact list for transportation enrollment.

Transportation to and from all bus stops is the responsibility of the family. Thank you!

CHESS TEAM
Interested in learning about chess? Already have some skills and want to improve upon them? Then join us in the CEC Middle School cafeteria after school on Tuesdays and Wednesdays from 3 - 4 pm for chess practice and skill building. All skill levels welcome. Students are welcome to come both days or just one, whatever works for your schedule! CECFC INTRAMURALS
-Middle School and High School
Coed Volleyball Intramural-

CECFC Intramurals are a chance for students to join a team and play semi competitively against other CECFC students after school. The focus will be on fun and practicing a sport.
All students welcome!*


The approximate times and dates for our volleyball intramural this semester are:

  • Time: Middle School 4-5 pm, High School 3-4 pm
  • Volleyball: Every Tu/Th school day, 3/8 - 4/22.

*If interested, please sign up outside of Mrs. Hockman's office.

STEM 4 KIDS
CSU is offering a school year program called STEM 4 KIDS which aims to bring and build confidence in STEM to middle school and early high school-aged girls, with competitions and a range of engineering to chemistry to biology-based activities.

This program is free of charge and only requires registration.
