From Head of School, Lacey Scadden
We are all counting down the days until our Winter Break! The end of the semester brings a lot of excitement with the culmination of all that they have learned. In addition, they have forged friendships and built relationships. At CECFC West MS, students are being assessed on learning in multiple ways this week and next, from projects to papers, and traditional tests. We encourage students to do their best and to remain focused on their academics. If you have not done so recently, we would encourage you to check IC this week for grades. As a reminder, CEC does not send home progress reports. You will need to Click here to see student grades. We say goodbye on Tuesday, Dec 14th and we will see the students back on Wednesday, Jan. 5th. We hope you have a wonderful school break!

Tips for Supporting Teens’
Mental Health This Fall
Mask Mandate
Pursuant to Colorado Revised Statute §§ 25-1-506, 508, and 516, and other applicable law the Public Health Director for the Larimer County Department of Health and Environment has issued a Public Health Order requiring face coverings to be worn in Public Indoor Spaces within Larimer County in order to control and mitigate the spread of the novel coronavirus (COVID-19) to maintain health care capacity in Larimer County.
The order requires mask-wearing in all public indoor spaces for all individuals 3 years and older regardless of vaccination status.
Wolf Store
The Friday Wolf store is a time students can spend the Wolf Bucks they earn during the week for demonstrations of Grit, Responsibility, and Respect. We are seeking parent donations to help fund items for the store. Wolf Store Donate page:  Click here
School of Choice Enrollment:
School of Choice Enrollment for the 2022-23 school year opens November 1, 2021.  Siblings of current students and CEC staff with students will have one-week priority consideration before we process enrollments received from the general public.
