Colder Weather Attire

• As the weather gets colder, please make sure your student is bringing a jacket and warm attire to school. We will go outside unless it's below 20 degrees or snowing/raining.

Staff Spotlight!

CECW Families,

This week, CECW would like to spotlight Mrs. Faour, our art instructor! She is a native Coloradoan, one of the few, and she grew up exploring and painting the mountains. She earned her BA in K-12 Art Education with a focus in Painting from the University of Northern Colorado. Her educational journey began with a love of art and the creative process and ended with sharing this love with others!

In addition to teaching art, she continues to do freelance artwork on the side. Most of Mrs. Faour's weekends are spent making art and spending time with her husband. We are so happy to have Mrs. Faour as an essential part of our CEC Windsor family! 

Veterans Day

CECW Community,

On Friday, November 11th, we are observing Veteran's Day here at school from 8:00-10:00 AM. We will be on an activities schedule this day, found HERE, with shorter class times in order to have time in the morning for a flag ceremony, songs, presentations, and veteran acknowledgments.

We are looking for volunteers to help with the event planning and day-of activities. Please contact Paige Gust at 970-590-2002 or [email protected] if you are able to help or contribute.

On this day, we will be acknowledging those who have served and are still serving, so we invite current active duty members and veterans of our students' families to join.
