Hello 8th grade parents!

Are you interested in learning more about programming here at CECW? Sign up for a 30 minute meeting with our Dean of Academics and Advising, Mrs. Scadden, to learn more about all we have to offer. Click HERE to sign up!

Staff Spotlight

This week, CECW would like to spotlight Ms. Swenson, our academic assistant and in house substitute. Ms. Swenson was born and raised in Minnesota and moved to Colorado just last year! She graduated from Bethel University with a bachelor's in Psychology and is hoping to go back to school next year to earn her master's degree, also in Psychology. Ms. Swenson is able to communicate in sign language and loves teaching ASL to our students here for fun. She enjoys working out at the gym, going water skiing in the summer, downhill skiing in the winter, and taking photos with her film camera. We are thrilled to have Ms. Swenson as part of our CEC Windsor family!

Excused Absences

Just a reminder, if your student is absent, you are able to excuse their absence with a note from home or the doctor. Please make sure to call the front office or the attendance line at 970-657-2830 to let the school know your student will be absent, but a note is still required to have the absence excused. If your student has an appointment, you can ask for a note from the doctor's office and then turn it in to the front office here at the school. If your student stays home sick, a note from home will work just fine. You can also email a note to Amanda Atkins at [email protected].
