September 27th 8am-9:30am- Family Connect, come get to know each other and your school counselors

October 4th- Save the Date- Picture Retake Day

October 10th & 11th HALF DAY for students 7:45am-11:20am- Parent/Teacher conferences from 12pm-4pm

• Conference sign ups will be available September 27th
• Buses will run as normal at 11:20 on these days Please plan accordingly

Parents! We need Substitute Teachers to fill in for our fantastic teachers when they are out. If this is something you are interested in, please apply using this LINK and let Mr. See know so he can be on the look out for your application. You are not required to be certified and you can sub as little or as much as you choose.

· East Fort Collins — Harmony Transportation Center on E Harmony Road on the west side of Interstate 25

· Colorado State University Transit Center — near North Drive on the CSU campus

• Hearing and Vision: We will be conducting free vision and hearings screenings in October. Please contact the health office for more information, concerns or questions. 
• Illnesses: Please DO NOT SEND students to school if they are ill. 
• Students must stay home for at least 24 hours after a fever has resolved without fever reducing medications to lower the fever
• Students must stay home for at least 24 hours after vomiting and/or diarrhea without medications to reduce those symptoms
• If your student has missed [5 consecutive days] or [7 days in a two-week period] due to illness, please provide medical documentation for these absences to be excused.
• Medications: If your student needs to take medications while at school, please contact the health office for required documentation. 
• Health Conditions: Please inform the health office if your student has health conditions.

Art is searching for materials!

Please donate any of the following and help our students continue creating!" 

1. Magazines-any style/genre

2. Newspapers,

3. Old T-shirts, sweaters, or other fabric, such as drapes or sheets (holes, tears, stains OK!)

Please no knitted sweaters, as these will be cut into strips!,

4. scrap plexiglass pieces or thin wood pieces (1/4in or thinner)

5. Broken jewelry or Costume jewelry

6. Old electronics for deconstruction- including circuit boards

7. Colored Plastic such as green or orange plastic soda bottles or other recyclable colored plastic
