September 21st 9am-10am- CECW Informational Meeting and Guided Tour

September 27th 8am-9:30am- Family Connect, come get to know each other and your school counselors

October 1st- Student Count Day-Please make sure that your child is present on this day

October 4th- 8-9:30- Picture Retake Day, bring previously purchased photos in and Studio5 will exchange them for you

October 7th- Hearing and Vision Screening

October 10th & 11th HALF DAY for students 7:45am-11:20am- Parent/Teacher conferences from 12pm-4pm 

• Conference sign ups will be available September 27th
• The bus will run as normal at 11:20 on these days Please plan accordingly

Parents! We need Substitute Teachers to fill in for our fantastic teachers when they are out. If this is something you are interested in, please apply using this LINK and let Mr. See know so he can be on the look out for your application. You are not required to be certified and you can sub as little or as much as you choose.

· Greeley-Evans Transit Center — 1st Street and 12th Avenue

· University of Northern Colorado — 10th Avenue and 20th Street

· West Greeley — 10th Street and 69th Avenue

· East Windsor — Eastman Park Drive and CO 257

· West Windsor — Main Street and 15th Street

· East Fort Collins — Harmony Transportation Center on E Harmony Road on the west side of Interstate 25

· Colorado State University Transit Center — near North Drive on the CSU campus

• Hearing and Vision: We will be conducting free vision and hearings screenings in October. Please contact the health office for more information, concerns or questions. 
• Illnesses: Please DO NOT SEND students to school if they are ill. 
• Students must stay home for at least 24 hours after a fever has resolved without fever reducing medications to lower the fever
• Students must stay home for at least 24 hours after vomiting and/or diarrhea without medications to reduce those symptoms
• If your student has missed [5 consecutive days] or [7 days in a two-week period] due to illness, please provide medical documentation for these absences to be excused.
• Medications: If your student needs to take medications while at school, please contact the health office for required documentation. 
• Health Conditions: Please inform the health office if your student has health conditions.
