Chatham Education Foundation is seeking community support to help fund the need for Coding with Marty: Interdisciplinary Robotics Initiative. The goal is to raise $14,000 to purchase a set of "Marty" robots previously piloted at LAF. The robots will be used during the Hour of Code and in the Design & Technology Humanoid Robots & Coding Unit. Teachers will connect CMS and CHS robotics students and club members with younger students and will work with K-3 schools to have Design & Technology teachers use Marty.
