TRACS 2026 Summit: Meeting the Moment - Shaping Tomorrow Together

The Texas Clean School Bus Program (TCSB)

Offers grants statewide on a first-come, first-served basis to offset the cost of projects that reduce diesel-exhaust emissions from school buses. Eligible projects include replacing or retrofitting diesel-fueled school buses.

The Light-Duty Motor Vehicle Purchase or Lease Incentive Program (LDPLIP)
