Navigate the NEW Population Explorer Application

Dear CRISP DC Portal User,

Your organization has successfully migrated from ENS PROMPT to CRISP Shared Services Encounter Notification Delivery (CEND). We’re thrilled to invite you to a review of the CEND (Population Explorer) tool.

CRISP Shared Services created these tools enabling better control of the application to reduce downtimes, improved security and the ability to streamline iterative improvements based on feedback.

What’s changed?

Population Explorer will replace PROMPT and offers real-time encounter notifications, user friendly interface, advanced filtering and roster management.

CSS Encounter Notification Delivery (CEND) replacing ENS, streamlines encounter notifications, ensuring timely and relevant information delivery. This includes routing alerts to be viewed in Population Explorer or routed to your organization via Secure File Transfer Protocol (SFTP) or other modalities.

If you haven’t had an opportunity to attend the scheduled webinars for our previous migration trainings, or would like a refresher of the tool, register for one of our upcoming webinars by clicking the button below.

Warmly,
