Joseph Visconti's Message of the Week
Welcome back to CEO Update!
This week, I want to talk about Legacy. We believe a Legacy is built on a foundation of enduring quality and craftsmanship. Using premium materials and state-of-the-art manufacturing techniques, Twin Vee boats are designed and constructed to offer owners a lifetime of unforgettable experiences on the water.
To achieve this legacy, we constantly invest in cutting-edge technology, like our new 5-axis CNC router. This allows us to produce high-quality boat molds in-house, ensuring greater control over the manufacturing process and improving every Twin Vee we build.
And our close-molded lamination process involves infusing resin into fiberglass layers under high pressure, resulting in a hull that is both stronger and lighter than traditional builds. This dedication to excellence in construction means Twin Vee boats are built to last.
We are proud to make boats that become a part of our customers' lives, creating memories that will last for generations to come.
Next time, I'll look at the Performance you can expect with a Twin Vee. I hope you enjoy this week's newsletter!

This investment is expected to reduce production costs and reliance on external vendors while improving efficiency and quality control.
The Company is also exploring other robotic solutions to enhance various stages of its operations, from the design phase all the way through finishing. Innovation drives Twin Vee to deliver the "Best Riding Boats on the Water" – and an unparalleled boating experience.

"In January 2022, I joined Twin Vee PowerCats as the company's HR Manager. As part of my job, I help create a healthy work environment where employees feel physically and mentally supported, motivated, and empowered. By prioritizing open communication, work-life balance, employee well-being, and a positive organizational culture, we are able to create a place where employees are able to thrive, leading to improved productivity, quality, engagement, attendance, and retention. A healthy workplace is not just good for employees, it is also key to organizational success."
While Zuleima is too humble to admit it, she successfully implemented a cloud-based Human Resources Information System, resulting in faster payroll processing and self-service capabilities for employees. She also has increased positive external reviews on employer review platforms (like Indeed) by 30% through enhanced employee experiences and transparent communication.
When she's not working hard, Zuleima enjoys exploring Florida beaches and spending quality time with her family and friends.
