Samer Hijjawi, General Manager
This week's Employee Spotlight is on Samer Hijjawi, Twin Vee's General Manager!
Samer has over 20 years of experience in domestic and international manufacturing, including more than 14 years in the marine industry. He's led complex, multi-site operations, driven lean transformations, scaled production, and overseen engineering, quality, and supply chain functions.
Twin Vee's newest employee has held full P&L ownership, launched new products, implemented ERP systems, optimized supplier relationships, and built KPI dashboards that empowered teams to drive results in quality, delivery, and cost.

"My leadership style is hands-on and grounded in lean principles, visual performance systems, and a collaborative, problem-solving mindset," Samer stated. "I’m excited to join a renowned name in the marine industry, and I’m confident that my experience, skills, and passion for operational excellence align closely with Twin Vee’s values and vision. I look forward to contributing to the company’s continued growth and innovation."
Outside of work, Samer enjoys playing pickleball and loves to travel. He has recently visited Italy and is looking forward to exploring Eastern Europe, as well as South and Southeast Asia.
