Customizing Your Volunteer Application

Ensuring your volunteer profile fits your needs

Did you know you have the ability to fully customize the volunteer application and choose what information is collected from your volunteers? CERVIS offers two versions of the volunteer application - the full version & QuickReg. The full version requires volunteers to complete the entire application and enter all the required information, while QuickReg is a truncated version of your application for those times when you want a quicker registration process and only need limited information from your volunteers. By default, the full application is used for every opportunity, and a volunteer will fill this out as part of the registration process.


To ensure your volunteer onboarding is quick, thorough, and exactly what you need, you have the ability to add fields and custom questions to both your full version and QuickReg applications. Check out the video below for more information.
