Sign-ins Made Easy

Simple, streamlined, and secure

Mobile Sign-in

Mobile Sign-in is a game-changer! This option allows volunteers to sign in using their own mobile device rather than the Sign-in Console. By simply clicking on the link provided in their confirmation and reminder emails or texts, volunteers can quickly and easily sign in. After finishing their shift, volunteers then use the same link to sign out, and CERVIS will automatically record their hours.


This feature offers complete flexibility since it can be enabled on an opportunity-by-opportunity basis. Additionally, the system uses geofencing, which allows you to specify an exact location where volunteers are permitted to sign in and sign out.

Let Waitlists Do the Work for You

Are you using this time-saving feature?!

Designed to free you up from list making and monitoring, the Waitlist function is a volunteer manager's dream! If a Normal or Time Slot Event reaches capacity and the Waitlist has been enabled, CERVIS will keep track of those interested in registering and add them to the Waitlist. If spots become available due to cancellations or because you increase the number needed for the event, the system will automatically add volunteers from the Waitlist and promptly send them a confirmation email.


This function saves you time from needing to manually move volunteers into newly opened spots but still gives you the freedom to bypass the Waitlist, adjust the order of the volunteers on the Waitlist, or directly register volunteers as needed.
