The Volunteer Retention Report provides you with the total number of active volunteers in each of the last 5 years, along with the percentage of those volunteers who have participated with you again in subsequent years. We hope the addition of this report will be yet another tool to keep you informed and effectively managing your volunteers!

You Have Options!

Helping your volunteers feel at home on your CERVIS page is a top priority for us, and integrating CERVIS into your existing website is a great way to accomplish that. Did you know you also have the option to create a custom domain that will direct volunteers to your console using a personalized URL?

Depending on your CERVIS Edition, there are two options to create simple, easy-to-remember URLs for your CERVIS console, making it easy for you and your volunteers to access your volunteer site.
