Happy September Dragon Families!

Right now, we are in the middle of our PTO Registration Drive. Sixty seven percent of the families have joined the PTO. How amazing is that? I would like to challenge our CES community to try and raise that percentage to 75% by September 15^th. To do so, we need 30 more families to support CES through joining the PTO. If you have been putting off joining, NOW IS THE TIME! Rumor has it that if you join the PTO you are obligated to become a volunteer. This is not true. Your membership is support enough. If, however, you are looking to get more involved at school through volunteering, or you would like to connect with other families…we offer that too!

In addition to financially supporting your student’s learning experience, there are perks to joining the PTO. As a PTO member, you will have access to the online directory of CES students and staff…very helpful when planning birthday parties and playdates. If you are a GOLD member, your child will get a birthday book added to the library in his/her name as well as a birthday announcement on the screens around school. Additionally, if you are a GOLD member, you will get an exclusive window decal indicating that you support the PTO at the GOLD level.
