Purpose: to advance the science of scale-up and sustainment of tobacco use treatment (TUT) for cancer survivors. Each Research Project will propose a trial to test implementation strategies to equitably and effectively scale-up and sustain the delivery of TUT to a large number of diverse clinical care delivery settings and cancer survivor populations, with an emphasis on cancer survivor populations experiencing health inequities.
