Informative Videos about the COVID-19 Vaccines

Whether or not you are in favor of receiving the vaccine for Covid-19 or not, it is always important to educate yourself. For me personally, I struggled with the idea. I have a young person in my family with Cystic Fibrosis and feel confident about the doctors that are affiliated with the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation. They recently had a Zoom Community Town Hall to discuss the vaccines and I signed up. I am posting the video below. It is not just for people with Cystic Fibrosis, it is an overall explanation of the vaccines, how they work, side effects, etc. It is an hour long. I also found another video that is only 8 minutes but included much of the same information.
~Michele Davidson, CFCE Coordinator
Cystic Fibrosis Foundation: Community Town Hall
Panel of experts. *Fast Forward the video a bit to get out of the waiting room period.
Dr. Anu Malani, Infectious Diseases Physician at St. Joe's and IHA answers the community's frequently asked questions about the COVID-19 Vaccine.
Right Now, I Am Fine
Dr. Daniela's Owen, Ph.D., an assistant professor of clinical psychology at the University of California, Berkeley, has published her first book specifically to help children deal with the complications of stress and anxiety from the COVID Epidemic.
This book is a mindfully written self-help guide to aid children in dealing with stress and anxiety, by uncovering their emotions and following a simple calming routine.
