The Carolina Foothills Chamber of Commerce has appointed Don Borreson Executive Director to lead its membership relations, regional development and community involvement. Don and his wife Leigh are equestrian enthusiasts and have lived in the Landrum, SC area for the past five years.
Don’s professional background includes advertising agency creative services, corporate marketing and account management for The Coca-Cola Company and operating a coffee company start-up. Most recently he has consulted for small-to-medium-sized businesses and non-profit organizations.
Don has a BA in Economics & Journalism from The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, and a Masters in Business Administration from the Goizueta School of Business at Emory University in Atlanta.
