Your UCSF profile adds value, and it is a useful online tool to reflect your work in medical education and connect you to your peers. The Academy summer meeting provided an opportunity for educators to see the value in using UCSF profiles to easily display career highlights and work in a more interactive format than a CV. Academy member Peter Chin-Hong, MD (
https://profiles.ucsf.edu/peter.chin-hong
) walked AME members through some key strategies and practices in keeping your UCSF profiles up-to-date or getting starting if you don’t have one (or haven’t used it in a long time).
