Building Better Futures for California Farmworkers!

To serve and support Farmworkers by providing programs and services to better their quality of life.

Message from our Executive Director
CFF was formed to offer and create opportunities that would enable Farmworkers that reside in California to develop personal and professional skills. We have five areas in which we model our services:
As we enter October, I would like to remind you that the COVID-19 pandemic is far from being over. The infection rates in farm-working communities are increasing by the week, and hospital ICU units continue to become strained. The results of the current delta surge have resulted in 3 out of 5 Central Valley counties calling the National Guard to help with the current surge in their hospital systems. Our organization has once again filled in the void that Government hasn't been able to do by providing Farmworkers with COVID-19 Education, Rent Relief, Testing, PPE, Support Services, and Vaccine administration.
Unfortunately, our resources are overwhelmed with the Farmworker's needs in the areas we serve every year. Today, I want to make a call for help so that Farmworker and their families continue to receive the much valuable support services that CFF provides to their communities. We are entering a critical time with the current Delta surge and need more resources to continue preventing the spread of COVID-19 in farm-working communities. Your help will go a long way in protecting the lives of Farmworkers and their families during the current crises.

LEADING THE WAY IN THE FOLLOWING SECTORS!
PPE DISTRIBUTION
Farmworker’s health is our #1 priority! We make sure Farmworkers have access to much-needed Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) during this pandemic and at the worksite. We’re on a mission to keep our farmworkers safe during these challenging times and help protect the hands that help provide food on our tables.
EDUCATIONAL RESOURCES
Today, more than ever, Farmworkers need educational opportunities to improve their quality of life. Direct information is needed to guide Farmworkers through the educational system in their communities. We invest in education initiatives that will provide Farmworkers with the opportunity for personal and professional growth.
FOOD DISTRIBUTION
Food insecurity continues to be on the rise amongst farm-working communities.
CFF has increased our food distributions throughout California to combat food insecurity during the COVID-19 pandemic. Our food distributions provide easy food access to farmworkers at their place of work.
COVID-19 VACCINATION
CFF partners with county health departments and community health centers to vaccinate Farmworkers, agricultural workers and farm-working communities.
COVID-19
TESTING
Infection rates in rural Farmworker communities continue to increase, and testing is needed to halt the current community
spread. Over the last year, we have seen an increase in COVID-19 infection rates throughout California.
COVID-19 RENT RELIEF
Over 95% of all aid distributed via our Farmworker Relief Fund has been for rent relief, as Farmworkers are one step away from being homeless during this pandemic. Data has shown that Farmworkers view rent relief as their most pressing need during this pandemic.
